Each year Cashmere Primary Te Pae Kereru School hold a fundraising event to support the
wonderful Garden to Table programme that runs in our school. Garden to Table is a
charitable trust that supports primary and intermediate schools and kura to take learning out
of the classroom and into the garden and the kitchen, and aims to empower tamariki to
grow, harvest, prepare and share great food. It teaches thousands of kiwi kids knowledge and
skills that have a transformative and lifelong impact on their hauora — wellbeing — and on
the world around them.
This year our fundraising event is an Ethel and Bethel Bingo night, for both our school
whanau and the wider community to attend. We’re really looking forward to finally holding
an event following the ongoing impact of COVID, and these nights prove to be lots of fun
whilst being able to raise money for such a great cause.
There is an opportunity for you to help us in this momentous task by being a Sponsor of our
Bingo night. Sponsorship options are:
1. Gold Sponsor $2,000: this is to be the primary sponsor of our event and covers the
talent booking fee for the evening. For this support your logo will be on the iTicket
sales page as the presenting sponsor, Ethel & Bethel will verbally discuss and promote
your business throughout the night, and your logo will be printed on all advertising
material, both online and hardcopy. You are also welcomed to display advertising
material on the night to promote your business, and you will receive 2 complimentary
tickets to the event.
2. Silver Sponsor $500: this level sponsors 1 of 4 games of Bingo during the evening. For
this Ethel & Bethel will verbally promote your business during your Bingo game, and
your logo will be included in the brochure displayed on each table on the night. You
will also receive 1 complimentary ticket to the event.
3. Bronze Sponsor $250: this level ensures you are a supporting sponsor of our Bingo
evening. For this support your logo will be included in the brochure displayed on each
table on the night.
